Our SurePore PTFE Gas cartridge filter range are manufactured using a hydrophobic PTFE membrane, which has excellent flow capacity, which ensures the lowest clean differential pressures and excellent life in service. An ideal choice when a validated membrane is the choice of the end user’s preference for sterile gas applications.
The SurePore PTFE Gas provides a validated absolute sterilising range of cartridge filters for critical applications. Products are designed for multiple steam sterilisation cycles at the highest temperatures and are fully integrity testable by standard methods. Cartridge hardware is constructed from polypropylene with the core and endcaps having a wide bore design to minimise the differential pressure the cartridge generates.
Constructed from material meeting USFDA Title 21 and USP Class VI the filter also meets the current USP requirements for extractables.
Applications
SurePore PTFE Gas membrane cartridge filters are used in critical sterile gas, tank venting and autoclave applications in Healthcare, Process Water, Dairies, Beverage, Cosmetics and Hospital where sterile gas needs to be guaranteed.
