CleanPore Carbon cartridges are a range of products that can either replace existing carbon products in a range of applications or combined with PVI industrial housings can be used in new applications and projects.
Using activated carbon in either felt or sintered formats, granular and powdered carbons are combined and contaminating molecules within aqueous solution are adsorbed onto the surface of the carbon. ClearPore Carbon is provided in a range of grades to ensure that the adsorption characteristics required by the end user are achieved. The end user can be certain that a grade can be offered that is tailored to the needs of their application.
- ClearPore GB is a granular block that is most suitable for odour removal and other industrial applications.
- ClearPore PB is a powder block that is most suitable for chlorine removal and focused on water applications, especially where RO is used to further purify the water.
Applications
Colour, ozone and organics reduction in, food products, spirits, plating baths, solvents, drinking water purification (by reducing chlorine, taste and odours), VOC and THM reduction, and RO membrane protection (chlorine reduction). On request products for oil removal are available.
